Firm Helps Small and Mid-sized businesses budget IT Costs
(Phoenix, AZ - July 24, 2006) Phoenix-based itSynergy announced, Technology Unlimited, a new fixed price payment plan which allows its customers to include precise dollar amounts for IT costs in their budgets. Previously, the firm's customers paid for IT services on a time and materials basis.
"The new price structure allows companies like ours to budget IT costs more efficiently. In the past, we'd have to build in a fudge factor to insure that we had budgeted enough to cover unplanned IT spending. This is a fantastic benefit for itSynergy's customers," said customer, Kim Baker of Bison Homes.
The new plan is part of an initiative in Microsoft's Partner Program. The new pricing is, in part, the result of feedback from Microsoft partners who indicated that a fixed-price offering would help build their businesses. itSynergy has been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 1998, and was recently awarded Gold Certified Partner status.
