Michael Cocanower Tells Partners How to Build a Windows Mobile Practice

(Boston, MA - July 24, 2006) Michael Cocanower, CEO of Phoenix, AZ-based itSynergy told Microsoft Partners how to build a software practice area around Windows Mobile at the software giant's annual Worldwide Partners Conference in Boston. itSynergy is a leading information technology firm that specializes in designing, implementing, and deploying Microsoft solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

The annual event brings Microsoft Partners together from around the world. Once there, they exchange ideas and best practices for enhancing their firms' Microsoft consultancy and reseller businesses.

During his presentation to an audience of Microsoft Partners, Mr. Cocanower, a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) described itSynergy's successful implementation of Windows Mobile for Fountain Hills, AZ homebuilders Bison homes.

Bison Homes' challenge was sharing information and documents between the home office and jobsites, which are often dozens of miles apart. Prior to the Windows Mobile implementation, project managers out in the field had to wait to get back to the office to check email, retrieve faxes or update a project plan. After Windows Mobile, those same project managers had connectivity to the home office using their handheld mobile devices.

Cocanower, who sits on Microsoft's Small Business Channel Advisory Council, is a respected and broadly referenced expert in Microsoft technologies. "It was an honor to be invited to address other Partners," he said.
